TRG is equipped with the latest welding technologies and highly trained personnel for the welding of different types of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium) for all thicknesses.
We make mechanically welded assemblies, providing for their manufacture all the production processes, from engineering, machining, laser cutting, bending, folding, punching, painting and assembly, depending on the needs required by the customer.
What types of welding of metal parts do we perform?
|
Robotic welding Our welding section has evolved towards industry 4.0 with the use of collaborative robots that allow us to automate the welding process of small batches in an agile way, guaranteeing the best quality and lowering costs compared to manual welding processes. Larger batches are welded with industrial robots that can handle parts up to 4 meters in length. |
|
Manual MIG MAG and TIG welding We have a professional team that allows us to weld iron, stainless steel and aluminum parts for different sectors such as automotive, machinery (agricultural, packaging, textile…), renewable energies, urban furniture, household appliances, household items or for the construction sector. The type of welding is chosen according to the characteristics of the parts and specifications of our customers, to whom we also provide an advisory service from our technical engineering office and our IWS (International Welding Specialist). Within the welding for metals in manual mode (Mig Mag and Tig), we have different technologies:
